Friendly and helpful staff, well-located, spacious rooms with full-sized fridge. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

Location was good. They have a parking place that cost only U$5,00 per day. Recepcion was helpful and the booking process was organized. Unlike other aparthotels I have stayed in Santiago, this one actually have a recepcion, that works like a hotel. Shower had a good pressure, bed was comfortable, the room was clean.

The room was very small, Ok for 1 night, but wouldn´t like to stay there longer. Furniture and wall paintings were old, not well cared.

Location of hotel, there is a metro station 5 minutes by walk, several restaurants and shops nearby.

The apartment is very clean and organized. The bed and shower are amazing. AC is provided. The neighborhood has a lot of restaurants and cute coffee shops nearby.

One of the elevators broke down. There was a daily charge for the use of the gym.

The location of this hotel is great, with easy access to two nearby metro stations and a variety of excellent restaurants. The rooms are clean and spacious, with well-equipped kitchenettes. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing reliable Wi-Fi and prompt service.

The on-site gym is not well-maintained, with outdated equipment and limited space.

the room was completely clean, had AC which is completely wonderful for a hot summer in Santiago, balcony was great. kitchen and all the appliance working. I asked for a smoker room, but it didn't had the "bad smell" as other rooms where I have been. the view and everything around was amazing, restaurants, shopping, everything right out at the door. And they had a nice stereo system @ the room.. i love it!

someone knock at my door at 9 am and when i was on the way walking to the door she already opened... "just to check". I didn't like that.. no privacy

It was comfortable, central for what I had planned, the satff were patient with my level of spanis.

It took about 3 minutes to get hot water at night and I found it hard to get comfortable on the desk chairs otherwise all was ok.

Conveniently located near a subway station, with plenty of lunch options nearby. The rooms have a kitchen and separate sleeping quarters, with daily cleaning and trustworthy staff ensuring a safe and comfortable stay. Enjoy excellent amenities like full-size fridges, electronic stoves, great WiFi, and A/C units. Close to popular attractions like the new Skycostanera and downtown restaurants.

Able to cook own food. Good location for conference and metro. Food stores nearby were open late.

The elevators took a long time. Had to plan at least 5 minutes or more to arrive at ground floor to meet colleagues.

The room was good, tidy, and clean. and a good view of Santiago and the Andes.

The lifts! They need repairing to good working order.

The staff were very kind and helped me to book the best tours in Santiago, vineyards, coastal cities and ski resorts.

As the hotel laundry is outsourced, the washing is ready only the next day by noon. I didn't know that and since my flight left early I had to ask my clothes to be sent back to me even without being washed. It wasn't their fault, but it is a good idea if they warn their guests in writing about the laundry services timetable.
